In an all-new move this year, SeaWorld Orlando is remaining open throughout the winter season. Scott Ross, Founder and Managing Partner at Hill Path Capital and SeaWorld Entertainment’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Marc Swanson, SeaWorld’s Interim CEO, have come together with the rest of the Management Team to keep the adventures alive year-round. Through their creative vision and strategic thinking, they’ve created unique experiences that allow guests to enjoy memorable events, learn about marine life, all while maintaining appropriate safety and wellness protocols.
SeaWorld Orlando is putting the Seven Seas Food Festival on the itinerary while adhering to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. This event brings global cuisine to the park, taking guests on a flavor journey while inspiring them to learn about SeaWorld’s rescue, rehabilitation and conservation efforts.
Global Cuisine Lands at SeaWorld Orlando This February
To inspire guests and create an unforgettable experience, SeaWorld Orlando is bringing cuisine from around the world right to the park. This much-anticipated food festival runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from February 5 to May 9, 2021. The flavor journey begins domestically with delights of all kinds from Kraft-Heinz, like Honeyracha chicken wings and Philadelphia cream cheese chocolate chip cheesecake. From there, it becomes a global experience, providing guests with an authentic taste of:
Caribbean Delights
Guests can get their fill of the flavors of the Caribbean while cruising around the festival. They might be tempted to stop and fill up on the Jerk Chicken Hot Sliders, but there are many more international cuisines and tantalizing creations to try.
Mediterranean Treats
Guests will find bright Mediterranean dishes awaiting their arrival. The seared Lamb Chops and Goat Cheese Croquettes promise to impress, with French wine ready to complement each bite.
Vegan and Vegetarian Fare
Inclusivity is always a top priority at SeaWorld, so naturally, vegan and vegetarian fare is available. Guests can nosh on Tempura Mushrooms and Jackfruit Sloppy Joes, filling up their bellies while adhering to various dietary restrictions.
These items capture a mere glimpse of the cuisines that will be at the festival, with 26 distinct marketplaces expected to make an appearance.
Specialty Cocktails, Signature Brews, and Other Tasty Beverages
Guests can pair their favorite food selections with specialty cocktails from Reyka Vodka, Milagro Tequila, and others. Chameleon Cold Brew Coffee will be serving up a Frozen Espresso Martini to remember.
If guests prefer a cold brew instead, they have several options, including Yuengling, Big Storm Brewing, and Dogfish Head. To take their experience to the next level, they can relax, while maintaining physical distancing guidelines, in the Seven Seas Beer Garden.
Live Music Performances Throughout Every Bite and Sip
Throughout the festival, talented rock, Latin and country musicians will hop on stage, with a few musicians even bringing some 90s throwback hits. Music will flow from the Bayside Stadium all day long, but guests throughout the park can expect to also hear performers at 6 p.m. each evening. These performers draw huge crowds, so guests should reserve their seats ahead of time due to capacity limitations.
How to Join the Winter Fun at SeaWorld Orlando
To enjoy the Seven Seas Food Festival, just buy admission tickets to the park. For the best value, however, annual passes are available. With the annual pass, guests can get into the park all year without paying for admission. All guests can buy 10 or 15-sample lanyards to try all the most compelling foods and drinks at this event, and annual pass holders get three extra samples when they buy a 15-sample lanyard.
